Black April Commemoration and Service at VASC

 

The County of Santa Clara Vietnamese American Service Center (VASC) cordially invites you to attend the VASC Black April Commemoration and Service event on Friday, April 28, 2023, from 1:30 PM to 5 PM. <!> The program will include opening remarks; a video history of Black April; speakers representing three different generations of Vietnamese Americans; and an open microphone for those attending to share their stories. .
