Get free At-Home COVID-19 Antigen Tests! Those who live, work, or attend school in Santa Clara County can sign up online, then pick up tests from one of four distribution sites.
Schedule to pick up your at-home COVID-19 antigen tests within Santa Clara County by visiting www.sccfreetest.org Go to “schedule pick up appointment” and go through prompts as if you are getting tested and will need an email to sign up.
FREE MASKS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE
The federal government will make 400 million N95 masks available to Americans for free starting next week, a White House official told CNN, the latest federal step aimed at reining in the COVID-19 surge.
The masks — which are coming from the Strategic National Stockpile — will be made available at pharmacies and community health centers, the official said, adding that the program will be “fully up and running by early February.” Under the program, each adult can get three masks, the Washington Post reported. Please join the City of San Jose on Jan 26th (5:30-7pm) for a virtual workshop to learn about the latest updates to the Move San José plan! This plan is an effort led by the San Jose Department of Transportation (DOT) to decide how transportation projects are prioritized in different neighborhoods. This strategy can help us meet our climate change goals. During the workshop, DOT staff will discuss the Move San José initiative. We will also review potential strategies, and share information on specific neighborhood suggestions. The input shared during this workshop will help DOT ensure that the Plan supports the ability for San Joséans to get around. Children's Discovery Museum is offering families a free pass for shots received during one of the Santa Clara County Public Health Department's COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the museum. Every family whose child or adult is vaccinated will receive a family pass for a free museum visit. Families can use the past the day of their vaccination or return by May 31.
Beginning February 4, a booster or negative COVID-19 test will be required to attend indoor events of 50 people or more at City-owned facilities. Get all the details here https://bit.ly/3GO1mqJ.
