This class will provide you with strategies for managing and preventing falls. The program is completely free for everyone and lasts for 8 weeks. With only 14 spots available to ensure a quality experience, we invite you to join an enriching morning aimed at enhancing physical and mental health to reduce the risk of falls at home.
The program is conducted in Vietnamese.
