Sau khi thấy Amazon bày bán sản phẩm có cờ quốc gia để trong phòng tắm, và quý đồng hương đã ký petition, tôi vừa liên lạc với Amazon, họ xin lỗi và hứa sẽ giải quyết (remove) trong vòng 3 ngày, vì họ phải liên lạc với người bán món hàng đó.
Người chat đầu tiên với tôi đã phải kêu 2 người khác từ trung ương công ty để nói chuyện qua chat và đã hứa sẽ giải quyết (remove sản phẩm).
